I thought the Lunk Alarm at Planet Fitness was a joke until the day I dropped my weights. When the alarm went off, I felt my masculinity drain from my body, leaving me as the female version of myself. Now, I don’t think I could set off the alarm if I wanted to, maybe I’ll just stick to cardio.
