58 year man was admitted to Emergency Clinical Hospital Bucharest, aproximately 7 hours after his left leg got amputated by an electric saw. Replantation surgery was performed under general anesthesia for 9 hours. Later physical examinations presented no inflammations, no edema or pain syndrome!
